Delivery Information

We offer free shipping under the following conditions:

• The order totals up to an amount equal to or greater than $500.
• The shipping location is within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
• The order does not contain any butane products.

Butane products will be amounted to the shipping cost according to the weight of the butane product, not the weight of the entire order. 

We do not ship orders to any residential region under any circumstances.

The receiver must be 21 years of age or older in order to sign the delivery.

The shipping costs are calculated using product weight, box dimensions, and the location of delivery.

We use UPS Ground as the primary carrier, however we can offer other forms of delivery and services according to your needs (with potentially extra costs).

If your product arrives broken or damaged, please Contact Us immediately. Do NOT use or throw away any items that are damaged without contacting us first.
