Return & Exchange

In order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, you must fulfill the following requirements:

• The request is within 7 business days since the order was placed.
• The product is damaged or different from what you ordered.*
• If the returned product is not damaged, it must be unused or unopened.

The refund will appear within 3-4 business days.

For exchanges, we ship your product as soon as we receive the returned product.

*In order to refund or exchange a damaged product, we require a picture proof through e-mail or text. Our contact information can be found here.
