In order to be eligible for a full refund or exchange, you must fulfill the following requirements:
- The request is within 7 business days since the order was placed.
- The product is damaged or different from what you ordered.*
- If the returned product is not damaged, it must be unused or unopened.
The refund will appear within 3-4 business days.
For exchanges, we ship your product as soon as we receive the returned product.
